All Absolute Athletics, LLC’s products are guaranteed to be free from all defects. If you do find a defect please notify us immediately for an exchange. (See Exchange Policy) You have 10 (ten) days from the date of the invoice to make your request for an exchange of the exact product(s). Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to Absolute Athletics, LLC and/or Absolute Athletics. No cash refunds will be given. If an item is returned to us and found to be without defect, as determined by our staff, the customer will have to pay shipping charges to get it back. Also, the item, and all accessories that come with it and the original packaging must all be sent back or a fee of at least 20% shall be applied. We will send you a replacement product of the same type at our expense. All items are sold as is, where-is, and with all faults. There is no warranty as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all discrepancies must be reported within 10-Days from the date of the shipment of goods.

Exchanges: Although we do NOT accept product back for a refund as all sales are final, we will accept unused, new product back for exchange within 10 days after the date of the invoice with a 20% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items cannot be exchanged, for example, any custom brace, which includes any and all special order braces, or made in any color but black neoprene, or size other than extra small through extra-large.
Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the product or the packaging.
EA Number Request: All exchanges require an Exchange Authorization number. Customer must request and receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) prior to sending the item for exchange. No item will be accepted without an EA number. The EA number must be written on the outside of the package. Any item received without an EA number and/or without being written on the outside of the package will be refused. The cost to ship the product back to Absolute Athletics, LLC or its affiliates shall be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that any exchanged product(s) be shipped with tracking information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. The cost to ship the new product(s) will be paid by the customer. USA Customers must include a check for $7.95 for shipping and handling of the exchanged item. Canadian customers must include a check for the original amount of shipping and handling, but not less than $25.00 U.S dollars with their exchange item. All other customers must call and receive the shipping charges before sending their product for exchange.
