the efforts of our local health officials and government leaders working to
contain the spread of this virus. Our responsibility to protect the health and
wellbeing of our employees, customers and vendor is our top priority, and it’s
important to us that we share the precautions we are taking across our
operations with you.

We are cleaning and sanitizing our offices more
frequently.

We are reviewing and sharing the latest insights
and advice from the World Health Org, Centers for Disease Control, our
insurance companies, and local governments with our teams, to prepare them to
respond quickly as this situation changes.

We are monitoring the local response and impacts
in all communities where we provide our products, so that we are ready to adapt
as needed to minimize any disruptions to our direct customers and resellers’ businesses.

We have made sure that contingency plans and
added redundancy to key production activities are in place, so we are ready and
able to keep all our commitments to you.
At this time, the Bunga Pads® facility is operating with no
restrictions, and no changes to production or delivery services and all our
partners and suppliers are operating without restrictions.
Recent information suggests that the Covid-19 virus can live
on surfaces for many days. Our products are medical grade and made according to
very high standards. We do not buy or manufacturer any products in China or in
the European Union, including but not limited to Spain or Italy. Our gel
materials and other products, including all our sports braces are made in the
USA.
However, the public response to this challenging situation
is changing rapidly. As this continues, some impacts to our service may become
unavoidable, depending on local conditions and restrictions in each community.
We promise that we will keep you informed of any necessary changes to our
operations via direct email and our website - we will make sure to alert you of
any potential delays, or changes we must make to production or delivery
timeframes in response to this situation.
During this difficult time, we want you to know that your
business and your support means a great deal to our team. We value your trust,
and everyone at Bunga Pads® is committed to providing the reliable support that you need
and expect - today, tomorrow, and always.
Pricing for the balance of the month of March 2020 shall be
reduced for all our retail customers. We are also providing special pricing for
our dealers so that during these difficult times our customers can “Stay in the
Game”.
